Sparta Re-Entry

Saur Minerals currently has a Sparta Oil Re-Entry opportunity available in St. Landry Parish, Louisiana, with projected reserves ranging from 55,000 to 250,000 BOIP.

Our full brochure can be found here.

We currently have the borehole leased in hand, along with another significant landowner. We are presently in the process of negotiating and leasing the remaining acreage in the unit. The proposed re-entry target is the Sebastien/Mannon Walters No. 1 Well,  where the Sparta pay section was previously cored.  The re-entry to the Sebastien is 17 feet up-dip from the nearby DOW Chemicals/ Opelousas St. Landry Securities Well(OSLS ), which produced 50,000BO before the collapse of the original borehole. We believe the OSLS Well would have produced more product.
