Our company’s international consulting and exploration activities have been very exciting. Although we remain bullish on North American Continent exploration, we feel that Central America and South America will ultimately fuel a majority of the world’s energy needs. We therefore remain focused on development in these regions.   Due to the proprietary nature of consulting concerns we are precluded from and cannot discuss in any detail current consulting duties in regard to specific South American countries. Our work in these regions involves onshore and possible offshore drilling operations and consist of operational schedules from spudding to completion of numerous drilling prospects.
		Nicaragua: We have made cursory reviews of 2-D data over Nicaraguan waters. It is our opinion that the subsurface salt formations displayed are extremely impressive and warrant further review. Evidence of ongoing structural and strategraphic sand formations is cleary evident.
		Costa Rica: To date we've assisted representatives of the Costa Rican government in the drafting and formation of various bid form documents in relation to offshore leasing by Harkin’s Energy. Unfortunately, this process has not moved forward. Evidence of Atlantic region subsurface formations is exciting and evident.
